Deleting your account

You can delete your Koalanda account at any time. To do this simply contact us at contact@koalanda.pro from the account’s email.

When you delete your account:

1. you will lose access to Koalanda immediately;
2. all your shops will get disconnected from Koalanda;
3. all your lists (keywords lists, shops lists, etc.) will be removed;
4. there will be no impact on your Etsy shop or listings.
