The Koalanda Country Inspector displays details and statistics about the shops, listings, and sales within a specific country. Its purpose is to provide a quick overview of the position of sellers from that country in the Etsy marketplace.
You can find the tool by going to Marketplace / Country Inspector.
Using the Country Inspector
To use the Country Inspector, simply choose the country you are interested in from the dropdown list and click ‘Inspect’.
The tool will present various sections detailing statistics and information about the selected country.
Country overview
The country overview section displays several key metrics for the selected country:
- Shops: The total number of currently active shops in the country.
- Listings: The total number of currently active listings in the country.
- Sales: The total sales made by all currently active shops in the country.
- Sales per shop: The average total sales per shop, calculated across all currently active shops in the country.
For each metric, you can also see the country’s ranking in comparison to all other countries.
Top shops in the country
The top shops section displays a list of the leading shops in the country, ranked by their total sales numbers. You can access a comprehensive list of all the country’s shops by clicking the ‘View all shops’ button.
Top categories from the country
The top categories section shows how the country’s shops are distributed across the various Etsy categories.
