The Koalanda Shop Lists enable you to save, organize, and monitor your competitor shops. You are free to create as many lists as desired, and each list can contain an unlimited number of shops.
You can see your shop lists by going to Product Research / Shop Lists.
Creating, editing and deleting shop lists
You can view an overview of all your lists, displaying each list’s name, the number of shops it contains, and the date it was created.
To create a new list, simply enter the desired name and click the ‘Create new list’ button. The list will be created instantly, initially containing zero shops.
You can modify the name of a list or delete a list entirely by clicking on the appropriate icon located in the last column.
Working with shops in a list
Each list can include an unlimited number of shops, and for all shops in the list, you can view key details such as total sales, sales in the past 30 days, and the number of listings.
Additionally, you can view a graph of the monthly or daily sales for all shops plotted together, allowing you to better understand how the shops compare to each other.
Adding and removing shops from the list
When you open a shop list, you can add a new shop by entering its name into the input field at the top of the screen and then clicking the ‘Add shop’ button. The shop will be instantly added to the list and displayed below along with all of its metrics.
To remove a shop, simply click on the trash bin icon located in the same row as the shop you wish to delete.
Adding and removing shops from other tools
You can create new shop lists or add or remove shops from existing ones from almost anywhere within Koalanda. Whenever you spot a heart-shaped icon next to a shop name, clicking on it will allow you to choose one of the following actions:
- Add the shop to an existing shop list.
- Remove the shop from a list where it already exists.
- Create a new shop list.
