Subscribing to Koalanda

Koalanda offers just one subscription plan that grants unlimited access to all Koalanda features. You can subscribe to it on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.

Step 1: Go to the subscription page

To manage your subscription you need to:

  1. Log into Koalanda.
  2. Click on your shop icon in the upper-right corner of your Dashboard.
  3. Select ‘My Subscription’ from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Set up your payment method

First, you need to choose your payment method. You will not be charged anything at this stage. In case of 3D Secure cards, the authorization will be manifested as an empty payment of 0.00 USD. You will be charged only if you actually subscribe on the next step.

  1. Click on the ‘Update Payment Method’ button.
  2. Enter your credit or debit card details.
  3. Click the ‘Update’ button.
  4. If your card has 3D Secure enabled, you will have to enter your 3DS code.

Step 3: Choose a subscription

Once you have configured your payment, choosing a subscription is easy:

  1. Click on the ‘Choose plan’ button for the duration of your choice.
  2. Confirm your choice by clicking on the ‘Subscribe’ button in the popup.

Your subscription will become active immediately. You card will be charged within the next 1 hour. Your subscription will remain active either until you cancel it or until some of the subsequent payments fails.
