To cancel your Koalanda subscription you have to:
- Log into Koalanda.
- Click on your shop icon in the upper-right corner of your Dashboard.
- Select ‘My Subscription’ from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the active subscription and click on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.
- Confirm the cancellation in the popup.
Your subscription will remain active until the period for which you have already paid expires. You will not be charged any more. After this, your account will be moved to the free version of Koalanda.
If you cancel your subscription while your trial period is still active, you will not be charged at all.
